The IS Library is staffed by professional academic librarians and students in the Information Studies programs to support the instructional and research mission of the University within the Information Studies Department’s budgetary and space constraints.
Operating hours are Monday 8:30am – 9:00pm, Tuesday 8:30am – 8:00pm, Wednesday 8:30am – 7:00pm, and Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
We are not open on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. In the event that UCLA cancels classes, the IS Lab will be closed, as well.
The IS Lab is maintained by the IS Department for the academic use of the entire UCLA community, including all GSE&IS students.
