The University of California, Riverside (UCR) seeks a dynamic, user-oriented, early-career librarian to participate in a two-year diversity fellowship program. This program will provide the incumbent with a supportive environment to gain the requisite knowledge, skills, and competencies to thrive in an academic setting, and aims to increase the hiring pipeline of diverse and talented colleagues. Librarians who are interested in pursuing academic librarianship and have demonstrated an interest in, and commitment to, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the library community are particularly encouraged to apply.
