JobOp: Business and Government Documents Librarian at the University of North Dakota (deadline extended 7/20)

Want to join a university that’s big enough to support great work, but small enough that you can make a difference? As the Business and Government Documents Librarian, you will get to work with the largest AACSB-accredited business school in ND and serve as the liaison to the Federal Depository Library Program. We have been a FDLP library since 1890 and share joint depository status with NDSU.

The University of North Dakota is a mid-size, high research activity university where the library is an integral part of growing and expanding the university’s research enterprise. In 2017, UND was named among the “Most Innovative” institutions of higher education by US News & World Report, and in 2018, the UND Libraries were named “Most Innovative” by the 12-state Mountain Plains Library Association.  Our award winning OER program has saved our students almost $11 million. The library is centrally located on UND’s campus and we just finished a $15 million renovation. The UND Nistler College of Business and public Administration is building a $70 million facility that will be connected to the library on the 3rd floor.

Come work with a dedicated, focused team of librarians and staff at Chester Fritz Library. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits including full health insurance and TIAA retirement plans. Want to know more about the Library?
